Buying A Tablet

So I decide to pull the trigger and buy a tablet. After a bit of research and trying the Motorola Zoom (it was returned. I decide that the Asus Transformer with the dock is what I am after. A bit more research tells me that they where recently released in the UK and sold out right away. But good news Asus is still going to launch on April 26th in Canada and th US. So I wait..... Launch day comes and I call all the listed suppliers and not one actually has a unit in stock.... hum launch day and no product. So can you really call it a launch day? So I ask all the suppliers when we can expect the units to be available. Not one could answer. And I am told if I want one I need to pay up front and wait 2-3 weeks but no guarantees. Wow that was fun........not!

This is getting to be an all to familiar refrain. A client/friend died yesterday from a head injury. He was n amazing fellow and I will miss his presence in my life and how he taught me about the value of relationship. Bye Dean I will miss you.

My dear friend James has passed on. It was so sudden. He was told he had three weeks to live and was gone in 4 days. You will be missed James.

I received an email today. In it was news that one more of my friends is leaving this world. Three weeks to live. He came to me as a volunteer at the Mission and over the many years has become a good friend. He is a man who always found joy in whatever he did. It has been a great pleasure to know him and I pray his final days are full and loving. God Bless you James
