Ya Think ?

It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning. Henry Ford

I Love This Kind of Stuff

I like living. I have sometimes been wildly, despairingly, acutely miserable, racked with sorrow, but through it all I still know quite certainly that just to be alive is a grand thing. Agatha Christie

Boom!

This is what happens when you for go pc maintence. Card fan fills with crud, fan stops, chip gets really hot! Then boom. You can even see the melted plastic tabs that held the fan on.

A Little Wisdom

Richness comes in two flavors. One is the the richness of having. Like the stuff we posses. The second is richness of Being.

Richness of Being does not come through the richness of having.

The Blues

Life is funny sometimes. We come, we go. Making plans and dream dreams.... Where does the time go. I am sitting in a coffee shop in downtown Kamloops having taken a maintenance day. An little rest and perhaps a haircut. And do a little advocacy for a friend in hospital. I must say I am weary. The kind of weary that causes you to wonder.
Blessed be the poor in Spirit.

And The Word became Flesh

I want you woven into a tapestry of love, in touch with every-thing there is to know of God. Then you will have minds confident and at rest, focused on Christ, Gods great mystery. All the richest treasures of wisdom and knowledge are embedded in that mystery and nowhere else.

The Passing Of Steve Jobs

I was saddened to hear of the passing of Steve Jobs. He really was a marvelous innovator. But I was puzzled by some of the accolades. There where claims he changed the world. But sadly it seems the world is still a complete and utter mess. we are teetering on the brink of social, financial, and ecological disaster. Technology has made great strides forward in the last 50 years. Indeed we have some marvelous gadgets that have the potential to help us make great changes possible but alas we are too busy raping the planet and destroying each other. As long as accumulating money is considered success/wealth we are doomed. I am the 99%. I am debt. I am in bondage calling it freedom. Many are starting to awake and I pray it continues.
